-flowers will arrive wrapped in paper
-remove paper and re-cut stems on 45 degree angle, place in water as soon as possible
-use a clean vessel with clean cool water
-ensure water is topped up so stems are submerged
-you may re-cut your stems and re-fresh water every few days to ensure the longest possible vase life
